  • Cinnamon: cinnamons are wonderful spices with potent antioxidants and they improve insulin sensitivity.

  • Flaxseed: This is one of the wholesome foods you can count on. They contain protein and insoluble fiber which helps to manage heart problems, cancer risk and regulate blood sugar levels. It is mostly found in Egypt and China (where it plays a major role in Ayurvedic medicine for many years).

Other foods that can help to get rid of diabetes include garlic, thyme, strawberries, turmeric spice, squash, shirataki noodles (found in Japan) and many more.
