Mar 09, 2019

In today’s world, there is a lot of work stress, relationship stress, poor nutrition, and what not! With increasing pollution, the environment is becoming toxic day by day. These toxins accumulate in our body and mind and deteriorate body functioning which leads to certain diseases and creates an imbalance of three doshas our body, i.e. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These doshas are the vital energies in the human body and mind.

Panchakarma detoxifies body and minds the Ayurvedic way. It is an Ayurvedic process that involves 5 therapeutic methods which balance the three doshas and rejuvenates the mind and body. These five processes provide ultimate detoxification which flushes out toxins from our system entirely, strengthens the immune system (yoga for immune system), treats digestive issues, treats diseases, balances doshas, cleanse and repair body tissues, rejuvenates system and treats many other conditions like stress, etc.

Each therapy is customized and is according to the individual’s needs, age, dosha imbalances, immunity levels, and digestive strength (Yoga for indigestion problem).

The process of treatments starts with the initial consultation with an Ayurvedic professional to determine the health conditions first and then design the programme according to the individual’s needs.
