This 200-hour teacher training course delivers a comprehensive, theoretical, and practical hands-on training designed to deepen their practitioner's personal practice and elevate them from student to teacher. Trainees emerge from this teacher training as confident teachers with a strong and solid teaching skill set ready to begin their career.

 

Alongside developing the art of teaching, trainees also gain a comprehensive understanding of the practice of yoga asanas, philosophy, physiology, adjusting, mantra chanting, chakras, anatomy, mudras, pranayama and meditation, and other traditional and contemporary yoga techniques.

This 200-hour yoga teacher training program will be the foundational stone in your journey to advance your yoga practice and teaching to its next level, and also to build self-confidence in such a way that helps find your own unique expression as an evolution of a spontaneous style of yoga teaching.

Students who complete their subsequent training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

  • During your asana classes, you will be trained on how to correctly move through every pose and perfecting the pose
