He takes a personal and individualized approach to teach yoga, influenced by his own serene experiences as a practitioner Power Vinyasa Flow yoga. The basis of his teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if one can breathe, then can easily benefit from yoga. The base of his yoga is to classes is the focus on breath while leading students through a series of asanas. He is mastered in-breath modulation and pranayama techniques which makes his classes totally distinct from others. Students enjoy the learnings imparted by him as they are a blend of traditional lessons.

Yogacharya Kapil Bhatt

He grew up in the hills of Rishikesh – close to nature and yoga all my life. This has imbibed in him a love for imparting the beautiful art of yoga to people around the world. He has a deep understanding and demonstration skill of all asanas. Well-groomed in the assessment of all participants and understanding personal needs according to the Individual. He holds a great Knowledge of Hatha yoga, shatkarmas (cleansing practices), yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy.

Kushal has been actively participating in the world of yoga by imparting his well-cultured lessons to the learners for years. Kushal Ji has spent years serving the Indian army by serving them with his powerful yoga lessons to contribute to the Army’s wellness and overall wellbeing. Aacharya Vimal Sharma

Engrossed in yogic practices from an early age of 11, Aacharya Vimal has decided to set out on the way of Yoga and Spirituality since childhood. He has been born and brought up in a traditional North Indian family, spending his entire childhood in the serene lap of enthralling Himalayas. In the pursuit of deeper and authentic knowledge of yoga, curious Vimal devoted his entire life to the yogic science and expanded his knowledge and wisdom by earning various degrees including Bachelor’s degree in Sanskrit, a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and a PG diploma in Yogic Science.

Yashika Jain

ashika Ji is a spiritual enthusiast with a decade practice in meditation. She is a healer in Reiki Science, Crystal and Sound healing therapy. She is known for her artistic and impartial teaching styles with compassion. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher for 200 hour yoga teacher training. Arya Murty

He belongs to a South Indian Brahmin family from Andhra Pradesh and started his yogic practices at the age of 15. By the age of 18, he was initiated into Mantra Yoga and his practices included the mantras of Ganesh, Shiva, and Shakti. In his experience, he found the practice of adhering to a vow of silence for several days at a stretch to be very helpful in mastering one’s own mind. He finds it joyous and meaningful to lead a self-disciplined yogic life with regulated sleep and food habits beginning the day by waking at the Yoga-stipulated time of approximately two hours prior to sunrise.

Yogi Aman

Being born and raised in the small village northern state of Uttarakhand Indian, in the Himalayan foothills beside the Ganges River, his teachings smells of the natural learnings and laws of life.
