This teaching training provided by Yoga Conscious uses the approach and style of Hatha Yoga and Modern Yoga Flows combined with Mindfulness Techniques and Vinyasa. You will stay at Umaid Haveli Hotel Jaipur. Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan state in India was founded in 1727 by Maharaj Jai Singh II, who ruled Jaipur State from 1699 to1744. Initially, his capital was Amber, which lies at a distance of 11 kilometers from Jaipur. He consulted several books on architecture and architects before making the layout of Jaipur.

Things to Do
During your free time, you may choose from the following activities:
- Visit Albert Hall Museum for history of Rajasthan.
- Visit the village of elephants. Go there in the evening after 4:00 p.m. The village is just 20 minutes to Hawa Mahal in the old city
- Vist Zohri Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar, and MI Road
- Eat in the Pinkcity and try Pyazz ke Kachori and Daal Bhati.
- Enjoy the spa treatments and massages at the hotel in-house spa.
Amer Fort (10 minutes from the hotel)
Amer Fort is open every day from 08:00 until 17:30 and the entrance fee is 200 INR. Amer Fort lies 12 kilometers to the north of Jaipur and a single taxi fare will cost 200 - 250 INR while using the supposedly enforced auto rickshaw rate will cost 85 INR but most visitors pay 250 to 300 INR for a round trip with two hours of waiting time.
The Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) is the most famous and beautiful part of Amber Fort. You must remember the song of the famous Bollywood classic film ‘Mughal-E-Azam’ example “pyaar kiya toh darna kya” it was shot in Sheesh Mahal.

Meet The Instructors
Dawn is a highly recognized yoga teacher. Her style is Hatha yoga for the body and mind. Dawn also teaches yoga flows, Iyengar, Nidra, and Restorative yoga. Dawn is one of the three teachers in the UK qualified as a hormonal yoga teacher. Dawn is a registered teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga or The Governing Body of the UK. Having taught for over 25 years, she is a trainer for new teachers and has inspired many student teachers to reach their full potential with her excellent teaching and knowledge.
