He began yoga to improve his alignment in competitions and immediately fell in love with its focus on balancing body and mind. He is new to teaching yoga but an old soul with years in martial arts and the mind-body connection. He received his training in 2015 in Vinyasa flow at Yoga Dicha in Tulum, where he now lives.
