Fusion Yoga has created the most comprehensive and intense course especially for you. The aim is to guide and direct the yoga practitioners towards becoming highly professional and qualified yoga teachers in 12 days. Your yoga teacher training course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance International USA which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga.

The courses are devised after an in-depth study of yoga texts and by teachers having years of experience in yoga techniques. You will cover the most important aspect of yoga by building a bridge between east and west, between science and spirituality, and between practice and teaching.

Aerial yoga

Aerial Yoga or Fly Yoga helps us to achieve a total-body workout while being suspended from a hammock that is about two to three feet off the ground. In aerial yoga, this hammock which is made of fabric acts as a swing, allowing flexibility and easy movement. It is used to change our dynamic relationship with the ground, allowing us to understand our body better. Aerial Yoga or Swing Yoga as many call it encompasses major health benefits by providing a workout that allows one to stretch and strengthen the body, without overstressing the joints or compressing the vertebrae. It is especially recommended for people suffering from back issues, as the hammock acts as a support system. You can try all the yoga poses suspended in air and the fun of doing asanas in the air is unmatchable.

Yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a simple yet very intense practice that lets gravity do the work on the body and uses many of the classic asanas of the Hatha yoga. Yin yoga teaches you to relax your body deeply, calm your emotions, and stimulate the vital energy of the meridians (similar to Nadi) and organs while inducing a deep and intense stretching. Supports such as cushions, balls, and tiles are used to allow the body to enter deeply into the asanas thus letting the energy move and remove the emotional blocks that lead to physical blocks. The purpose of Yin yoga is to relax the muscles and stimulate the connective tissue by applying optimal tension for a while whilst maintaining deep breathing.

Curriculum

Fusion Yoga has redefined a curriculum as per the international standards of Yoga Alliance USA coupled with your own expertise in the field of yoga. The prime objective is to prepare the future teachers physically and spiritually and make them ready to practice and teach by themselves. You will lay down the foundations to become a successful and well-rounded yoga teacher. The main areas that you will cover in the program will be classified into five modules, which are yoga teaching techniques, teaching methodology and yogic lifestyle, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, and practice.

Specializing in Aerial, Ashtanga and Fusion Yoga, Anshu felt a draw towards yoga soon after she delved completely into fitness.
