We offer 12 Days intensive 100 Hours Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teachers Training for beginner level students with the primary basics of Yoga that are supreme in obtaining in beautiful Goa, India.
Students who do not have the time to complete the 100 Hours Yoga course in the traditional four weeks, Peaceful Mind – The Ancient Yoga offers you the opportunity to absolute the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in two sections. The first section of the 100 Hour TTC which is 100-hour yoga TTC will be completed at our Yoga School. After completing the first 100 hours you are free to complete the remaining 100 hours with in the same year in any month when you have time to visit again at Peaceful Mind – The Ancient Yoga.
These two semesters must be completed within the year of commencement, the certificate will be awarded to the student once all of the required hours, assignments and examinations are successfully completed.

During the course, they will encourage you to read the four classical texts of Hatha yoga, which they will provide as a gift and which are short and easy to go through. You will have days off and time to read. These texts are Gheranda Samhita, Yoga Upanishads, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
At the end of the course, you will enjoy having a written exam that will test your knowledge about teaching and is a prerequisite for certification.

During this teacher training, you will stay for 23 nights at the school. You can choose to stay in a private single room, a shared double room, or a private double room.
Peaceful Mind –The Ancient Yoga has extensive residential facilities for students undergoing the TTC program. It has 3 categories of accommodation for the students that are Deluxe Rooms, Super Deluxe Rooms, and Eco Cottages in double sharing and Single private Rooms with attached Bathrooms. It also has separate residential facilities for our yoga teachers and instructors.
The accommodation is in the form of single participant rooms, double participant rooms. The decision relating to accommodation allotment shall be as per your choice. The AC rooms will be provided as per your choice at an additional cost of 60.00 EUR and 120.00 EUR for 100 and 200 hours TTC respectively.
The Yoga School rooms are sparsely equipped, with only the basic necessities being provided in tune with the spirit of the yoga learning process.

During your stay at our School, you will be served with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All the meals consist of delicious homemade vegetarian, Ayurvedic, and yogic meals from the Indian menu option. All meals included are based on a pre-fixed menu. Drinks are also included in price. Special requests and other dietary requirements such as vegetarian yogic meal are welcomed and encouraged with prior notice.

Yogi Satendra, Shreya, Semra and Yogi Chetan
Yogi Satendra is the founder of Peaceful Mind – The Ancient Yoga with 27 years of experience in the field of Teaching Multi-Style Yoga & Mediation for mental and physical wellbeing and inner
strength through Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Spiritual approach like Chanting and Yagya (Oblation). He is also a certified Yoga Therapist and Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science and Certificate in ‘Health Conservation’ from a renowned University in India. His philosophy style involves correct postural alignment, balancing strength and flexibility, applying suitable modifications and variations and creating a compassionate space where people feel safe to explore and challenge themselves.
Yogi Satendra has always been passionate about motivating people to achieve their fitness and health goals and inspiring them to lead healthy lifestyles. Apart from being a personal coach, He naturally gravitated towards the practice of Yoga and his journey to the greatest learning of the Self and optimal state of wellness began.
Yoga helped him to embrace life with more awareness and compassion inspiring him to share his passion and experiences with those around him. He trained in the discipline of Yoga under experienced teachers. He believes that yoga is much more than achieving a specific posture, yoga is about appreciating one’s uniqueness (physically, mentally, and emotionally). It is about acknowledging and adapting to change, continually redefining one’s practice, and thereby moving towards self-awareness and transformation.
He likes to draw upon the ancient wisdom and healing system of yoga and teaches from a place of personal practice and experience. Shreya Shrivastava is a spiritual and professional yoga teacher and Co-founder of Peaceful Mind-The Ancient Yoga, India with an experience of nine years in the domain of yoga.
Shreya is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with 500 Hrs Teachers Training Course from Yoga Alliance, USA, which acknowledges the completion of a Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has been completed her YIC (Yoga Instructor Training Course) from SVYASA, Bangalore, India She is a yoga mentor with diversified experience in Meditation, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, Mantras chanting, and yoga philosophy. She is a highly dedicated, experienced, and passionate yoga instructor. Her acrobatic skills have influenced the vigorous yet graceful way she practices and teaches yoga. She can easily motivate and inspire people to go beyond.
Yogini Shreya likes to draw upon the ancient wisdom of yoga and teaches from a place of personal practice and has experience in Ancient Yoga. She encourages one to explore her own personal potential and the transformational potential of this ancient discipline.

Semra Kikic is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She has been teaching yoga since 2012, although she has been interested in Eastern philosophies, mysticism and spiritual practices for much longer. After completing Philosophy and Sociology BA in her home country, she received Master’s Degree in Indian Philosophy and Religion at Banaras Hindu University in India.
During her stay in India, she learned yoga from several different teachers, mostly from Yogi Siddharth, the Nath Sampradaya devotee in Varanasi. She has been practicing reiki since 1996, and recently got familiar with the technique of vipassana meditation in Dhamma Karunika Center, Karnal, India.
She also spent some time learning martial arts, worked professionally as a photographer and musician (guitar, vocals, percussion, DJ-ing, music production and performances), cooperating with regional activists and alternative artists, and occasionally published texts and poetry.
Her main drive has always been the transpersonal experience, mystical, ineffable. In hatha yoga she found many benefits and simplicity that comply with the eternal law of nature. Her teaching style is traditional, emphasizing that yoga is a set of self-healing, self-discovery, life-affirming tools for spiritual development.
Yogi Chetan is a Registered Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, USA which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). He has been completed his Master Degree MA in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from Himalaya Ayurveda Medical College &; Hospital, Dehradun, India.
Yogi Chetan has 5 years’ Yoga Teaching experience in various Yoga School in India as a Hath Yoga and Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
Semra has been teaching yoga since 2012, although she has been interested in Eastern philosophies, mysticism and spiritual practices for much longer. Please book your flight to Goa International Airport (GOI). You can book a government-approved pre-paid taxi from the airport. The approximate distance from Dabolim Airport to Agonda Beach will be around 72 kilometers.
Peaceful Mind - The Ancient Yoga recommends taking the taxi from Goa Airport (GOI) to Agonda Beach, which is the fastest option and takes around one hour and 7 minutes. Alternatively, driving from Goa Airport (GOI) to Agonda Beach is the cheapest option and takes around the same time.
Booking And Cancellation Policy
- A reservation requires a deposit of 40% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
- The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
