Other than that, it is also to offer special yoga, meditation, and pranayama retreat for the corporate employees who work in a very pressuring workplace.
It is also to work closely with families to ensure they understand the benefits of yoga and pranayama to their children, to offer group adult yoga for parents of children with special needs to further support of our families as well as to serve as a meeting point for the community of special needs in the India and worldwide, so parents, teachers, and healthcare professionals can exchange ideas, links, and support each other.

It is rightly said that our mind, body, and soul are shaped by the kind of food we have. Keeping this in mind, a great deal of care has been taken regarding food management. Peaceful Mind – The Ancient Yoga has chosen the food as per the requirements of the yoga practitioners. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of Ayurvedic science, we have prepared a widespread of Sattvik and Rajasik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind. Our Yoga Alliance registered Yoga School in Galgibaga Beach, Goa is the best for you to experience the true yoga. Food plays a major role in the right practice of yoga and that's why our School offers 3 times hygienic & sattvic meals a day to our yoga students. Also, daily herbal tea and hot water are given to students. The food at our yoga school is prepared as per the pre-planned menu of our school from Monday to Saturday. The food prepared at our kitchen is tasty, hygienic with the use of fresh spices.
The School routine includes three complete meals. The food is vegetarian and a Sattvik balanced diet in tune with the yogic principles of food and diet. The School routine also includes a Tea break in the evening. Tea is provided in our Yoga School. Outside food is not permitted in the School. However, the School’s outside has a tuck shop where students may purchase fruits or small eats as per their choice.

Meet The Instructors
Yogi Satendra is the founder of Peaceful Mind – The Ancient Yoga with 27 years of experience in the field of Teaching Multi-Style Yoga & Mediation for mental and physical wellbeing and inner strength through Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Spiritual approach like Chanting and Yagya (Oblation). He is also a certified Yoga Therapist and Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science and Certificate in ‘Health Conservation’ from a renowned University in India. His philosophy style involves correct postural alignment, balancing strength and flexibility, applying suitable modifications and variations and creating a compassionate space where people feel safe to explore and challenge themselves.
Yogi Satendra has always been passionate about motivating people to achieve their fitness and health goals and inspiring them to lead healthy lifestyles. Apart from being a personal coach, He naturally gravitated towards the practice of Yoga and his journey to the greatest learning of the Self and optimal state of wellness began.
Yoga helped him to embrace life with more awareness and compassion inspiring him to share his passion and experiences with those around him. He trained in the discipline of Yoga under experienced teachers. He believes that yoga is much more than achieving a specific posture, yoga is about appreciating one’s uniqueness (physically, mentally, and emotionally). It is about acknowledging and adapting to change, continually redefining one’s practice, and thereby moving towards self-awareness and transformation.
He likes to draw upon the ancient wisdom and healing system of yoga and teaches from a place of personal practice and experience. He encourages one to explore their own personal potential and the transformational potential of this ancient discipline. Semra Kikic is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She has been teaching yoga since 2012, although she has been interested in Eastern philosophies, mysticism and spiritual practices for much longer. After completing Philosophy and Sociology BA in her home country, she received a Master’s Degree in Indian Philosophy and Religion at Banaras Hindu University in India.
During her stay in India, she learned yoga from several different teachers, mostly from Yogi Siddharth, the Nath Sampradaya devotee in Varanasi. She has been practicing reiki since 1996 and recently got familiar with the technique of vipassana meditation in Dhamma Karunika Center, Karnal, India.
She also spent some time learning martial arts, worked professionally as a photographer and musician (guitar, vocals, percussion, DJ-ing, music production, and performances), cooperating with regional activists and alternative artists, and occasionally published texts and poetry.
Her main drive has always been the transpersonal experience, mystical, ineffable. In hatha yoga, she found many benefits and simplicity that comply with the eternal law of nature. Her teaching style is traditional, emphasizing that yoga is a set of self-healing, self-discovery, life-affirming tools for spiritual development.
Shreya Shrivastava is a spiritual and professional yoga teacher and Co-founder of Peaceful Mind-The Ancient Yoga, India with an experience of nine years in the domain of yoga. Shreya is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with 500 Hrs Teachers Training Course from Yoga Alliance, USA, which acknowledges the completion of a Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has been completed her YIC (Yoga Instructor Training Course) from SVYASA, Bangalore, India She is a yoga mentor with diversified experience in Meditation, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, Mantras chanting, and yoga philosophy. She is a highly dedicated, experienced, and passionate yoga instructor. Her acrobatic skills have influenced the vigorous yet graceful way she practices and teaches yoga. She can easily motivate and inspire people to go beyond.
Yogini Shreya likes to draw upon the ancient wisdom of yoga and teaches from a place of personal practice and has experience in Ancient Yoga. She encourages one to explore her own personal potential and the transformational potential of this ancient discipline.

He has been completed his Master's Degree MA in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from Himalaya Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Dehradun, India.
Yogi Chetan has 5 years’ Yoga Teaching experience in various Yoga schools in India as a Hath Yoga and Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
