A snapshot in Bali

Enjoy morning meditation on the beach, yoga practices overlooking the ocean, healthy, vibrant meals lovingly prepared by local chefs, and interactive workshops sharing practical healing tools for everyday balance and health.

In the evening, chill out or join the fun for kirtan and dancing under the moonlight. Participate in as many activities as you like, lounge by the pool or on the beach, or explore the local villages and cities on motorbikes.

You start the day with meditation and a Vinyasa yoga class every morning followed by a nourishing breakfast. Depending on that day’s adventures, you will end with a gentle offering of either journal and reflection time or a Yin or Restorative yoga class followed by kirtan and dancing.

Yoga and meditation

You will explore grounding Hatha, creative Vinyasa flows, energizing Kundalini, and relaxing Yin yoga practices to cultivate balance within your body, mind, and soul throughout the week. Step freely into your authentic self through creative movement, dance, asana, and guided free flow sessions designed specifically to integrate your experience into full embodiment.


Ayurveda teaches us how to live a life of connectedness so that we may be the instrument of our empowerment and happiness. During our retreat, you will dive into Ayurveda’s framework uncovering your unique blueprint (dosha), the layers of the mind, and how to incorporate these TLCs into your daily life providing nourishment, happiness, and connectedness.


A healthy dose of fun is central to TLC retreats. Enjoy 3 cultural and local excursions to expand your joy: A day trip to lush Ubud, a volcano and village bike tour to connect with the locals, and vibrant night of Balinese dance.

Mantra music

Kirtan is an ancient form of mantra meditation, which has the power to open and purify the heart. Each evening you will dive deep into mantra through meditative chanting, clapping, and dancing. Moved by the vibration of Kirtan, musical instruments and rhythmic drumming, you will find your heart and mind unwinding into the experiential states of joy in pure devotion.

Alexandra, Vasu, Leila, & 1 Other

Alexandra Moga

Alexandra’s yoga journey began in her childhood, when during summer breaks in Romania she would meditate alongside her aunt who taught her practices in forgiveness, focused breathing, and energetic visualization. In her teens, she took her first yoga asana class and was hooked-finding the practice perfectly suited her passion for movement and dedication to spirituality. After four years of university in Paris, she returned to New York City where she immersed herself in the yogic path with over 1000 hours of training and teaching various communities since 2010.

Vasu Dudakia

Since birth, Vasu was raised in the foundational principles of Bhakti yoga through the teachings of HH A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. In his late 20’s, Vasu’s spiritual practice coalesced with his interests in mind-body wellness paving the path towards Ayurveda. In 2011, Vasu began practicing Ayurveda and Marma therapy under the guidance of Dr. Madhusudan Ray and earned a degree as an Ayurvedic Practitioner under the guidance of Dr. Paul Dugliss.

Leila Dylla

Leila has a fiery passion for healing, creative movement, and a wholesome, adventurous lifestyle. She currently lives her life on the road, leading mindfulness workshops, teaching yoga, coordinating health and wellness retreats, and working privately with life coaching clients. She has been teaching yoga since 2011 and is a 500hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. Leila originally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga and considers herself a Bhakti yogi. Leila is a Bhakti yogi trained in Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga, and deep transformational Breathwork technique.

Madhuri Pura Das

Born and raised in a household of avid Kirtan singers and musicians, Madhu (Mādhurī Pūra Dāsa) is a meditation coach who has dedicated his life to sharing bhakti yoga. Madhu studied traditional Vedic instruments as a child and later studied both Indian and western classical music in depth. His style of music is a blend of modern influences with the ancient art of kirtan, creating a unique sound. Madhu travels internationally and hosts mantra meditation workshops, enlivening and energizing communities with his music.
