It is serious retreat for people who are looking for deep knowledge and real changes. This is not a regular entertaining retreat. The goal of this program is to teach you the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, meditation, gymnastics, and self-healing, so you can safely practice and evolve back home. It is 100 percent suitable for beginners, but please note that our schedule and activities are pretty intense.

Program

You will do Hatha yoga and yogic cleansing procedures every morning and Yin yoga with focusing on alignment every evening. Within one week, you will visit a few waterfalls, will make your own handmade natural soap, attend a vegan fusion cooking class, and also you will make fresh organic coconut oil with your hands. You will have a beautiful time together. This is ultimately different experience comparing to other retreats.

First of all, you will get fundamental knowledge about the main subjects in terms of yoga. You will discover the basics of yoga philosophy, learn how to do most effective yoga cleansing procedures and most beneficial techniques, such as trataka, bandhas, nauli kriya, jala, or sutra neti. You will move through different Bali locations, practicing yoga, discussing different subjects in order to better understand yourself. You will learn different types of meditation and tips on how to organically incorporate yoga practice in your daily life without rush and violence.

Day 1

During this retreat, they will feed you with healthy whole vegan food, organic and locally grown. Most likely that it is the only retreat here where you will get one of the best smoothie bowls on whole island (they checked at top restaurants) and abundance of seasonal fruits and young coconuts as breakfast options.

During trips around the island, they always have delicious fruits and hydrating coconuts, so you do not even need to think about where and how to get healthy food during all these activities. And your dinner is usually colorful Buddha bowl or some of the Asian specialties packed with colorful foods rich in nutrients and antioxidants. Nutritious and satisfying.
