Gayatri is a 100-hour teacher training program on divine femininity for aspiring women to help start a journey into their undiscovered powerful female spirit and tap into the wonders of being a woman. This 10-day course explores the various archetypes of goddesses from the ancient Indian tradition and their significance in modern lives. The class will cover subjects related to self-acceptance, body issues, sexuality, societal stereotyping, and emotional intelligence. This is a journey into the intricate network of topics that comprises the fabric of society; from the womb and fertility to myth, rituals, tradition, and past traumas, you will explore and investigate to reach a better understanding and coherence.

She is known as the source of creation and the combined energy of the three forces of nature; creation, preservation, and destruction, also known as Trinity. For thousands of years various sacred texts, shlokas, mantras, meditation, chants, and stories have been written to describe the beauty, power, and purity of this divine force.
These traits represent the various roles women have played since time immemorial as mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend, lover that are mentioned in some of the greatest epics of India. Such ancient practices hold a practical meaning that describes the importance of energy, sounds, and vibration as part of the physical, mental, and spiritual existence in this world.
The Divine Feminine course is designed uniquely by the founder of Himalayan Yoga Bliss, Yogini Sonam. The course is the product of a rich and intricate life journey that brought Sonam to craft a program serving women who seek to rediscover their potential and empower their lives further.
What can you expect?
The course syllabus covers a wide variety of topics and includes the study of ancient archetypes of Indian goddesses, the ten Mahavidayas of tantric goddesses, and the importance of the divine Shakti in yoga and meditation. The teaching focuses on the morals and lessons of mythological stories that have impacted generations of women throughout history.
The course investigates thoroughly the cosmic duality of Shiva and Shakti along with the balance of the masculine and feminine forces. These subjects will be the theoretical foundation on which the study and practice of meditation, mantras, Shlokas, and chants will follow. Sonam invites the participants to learn and explore the importance and significance of Kundalini Shakti and its role in their practice.
With the help of the course’s teaching you’ll be equipped with new and powerful tools to identify with your divine goddess qualities and tap into the powers of the Shakti within you. The teaching will assist you in shedding light on conditioned patterns of thought and behavior as well as recover from past wounds, shadow, and emotional pain.

Himalayan Yoga Bliss and Wellness Centre provide stunning and newly built, fully furnished cottages with a balcony overlooking nature. They are uniquely built, wooden throughout and have been carefully crafted with eco-friendly materials furnished with love.
Accommodation is on a sharing basis with two people in each room and a private bathroom for each room. If desired, private rooms are available at an extra cost.

Himalayan Yoga Bliss and Wellness Centre teamed up with their local partner, the Blue Planet organic health cafe, a beautiful and innovative health food restaurant that has been at the forefront of the organic and vegan food movement in this area for many years.
Blue Planet café provides daily vegetarian food to the trainees. Himalayan Yoga Bliss and Wellness Centre's yoga teacher training menu caters freshly prepared food with almost all ingredients made from scratch by a loving team of chefs who love what they do. This includes a variety of smoothies, juices, salads, soups, delicious organic vegetarian food and healthy desserts in a Sattvic inspired diet.

Meet The Instructors
Sonam is the founder and director of Himalayan Yoga Bliss. Her aim is to make yoga teacher training reachable to everyone in order to help students from various backgrounds and cultures from all around the world to experience the mystical powers of the Himalayas and the inspiration it has bestowed upon yogis for centuries. She is a certified E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 yoga instructor who likes to connect the eastern philosophies of yoga to the contemporary west.

- A reservation requires a deposit of 15% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
