This 100 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is a 10 days course created with the aim to give you a strong foundation in yoga. The course will be led by a diverse team of experienced teachers in yoga and meditation. You will learn authentic traditional Hatha Yoga combined with modern styles like Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin/Restorative yoga. You will gain deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology while you experience life on a beach in a loving conscious community.


This course will help you to increase your mindfulness and enhance the benefits of yoga manifolds. The location of the course is a divine place which offers a great balance of spirituality and celebration for all seekers, yogis, meditators. You will also get a chance to experience how it feels to eat a variety of healthy and delicious food every day during the course. This course will give you confidence in self-practice. Upon successful completion of the training, you will be awarded a certificate of diploma in yoga.

Course syllabus

Techniques, training, and practice

This segment emphasizes analytical training to teach and practice multi-style asana training, the practice of Hatha and Ashtanga, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, and chanting. Every student will be guided through the techniques which will also allow them to practice themselves.

In asana, the focus will be on alignment and the correct ways to perform each technique. Your initial first week will be for foundation, gradually build awareness and strength, develop flow, the teaching of different pranayamas, and its subtle practice and effects on the respiratory and nervous system.

Teaching to withdraw senses, for example, Pratyahara (base of meditation practice), and different meditation techniques will be taught and you will experience its effects on your mind like om, chanting, heart meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

Yoga philosophy, lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers

In this segment, Yogvit Yogshala will give a brief introduction of background and history of yoga, including the teachings of yoga sutras, Hatha yoga, Pradipika, Bhagvad Gita. In lifestyle and ethics, you will explore the eightfold paths of yoga, and the teaching values of yoga as a Karma yogi.

More than two hours will be spent on yogic living lifestyle. Learning on how to reduce the power of kleshas, which all human beings are born with. This segment of learning involves the spiritual and practical aspects of the course.

Teaching methodology

The teaching methodology segment emphasizes on alignment for the asana and its sequence, and the principle of demonstrating asana in the class and its effectiveness. Explore different aspects of teaching, communication skills, time management, and designing classes according to age, group, and any special needs. In the business aspects of yoga, Pradipika teaches you how to use individual, professional, and marketing skills.

Anatomy and physiology

This segment of teaching includes the study of the physical anatomy of a human body. All these learnings will be related to its application to yogic practice.

Vipul Nathwani

Vipul is originally from India, always inclined towards spirituality. Very open minded and believes in real life experiences. He got certified from one of the oldest Institute of the world, The Yoga Institute Mumbai and also got training of Bihar school of Yoga tradition from spiritual gurus and gathered knowledge in Rishikesh with masters from different schools of yoga. Vipul is an intentional Yoga Teacher in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Tantra, Yoga Teacher Trainer. He has a passion to educate participants on their journey to become Yoga Teacher.
