Daily schedule:

Day 1: Arrival day

You will arrive at 11:00 a.m. You will have lunch at 1:00 p.m. From 04:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. you will have an afternoon class.

Day 2:

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Asanas, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. you will have Karma Yoga.

Day 3:

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Asanas, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. you will have Karma Yoga.

Day 4:

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Asanas, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. you will have Karma Yoga.

Day 5:

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Asanas, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. you will have Karma Yoga.

Day 6:

From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Asanas, Pranayama, Kundalini Kriyas and from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. you will have Karma Yoga.

Day 7:

Enjoy breakfast at 09:00 a.m. and depart before 10:00 a.m.

Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati

Himalayan Master Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati is a direct disciple of Paramahamsa Niranjanananda of Bihar School of Yoga, munger in the lineage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, and disciple of Swami Shivananda Saraswati of the Divine Life Society, in the order of Advait by Vedanta Adi Guru Sankaracharya in 788 AD. The International Samarpan Yoga Awareness Foundation (ISYAF) was founded under his direction in 2001 and he is now the president of ISYAF. Presently, he is engaged in the deep metaphysical study and guides national and international yoga, Vedanta, Tantra, and Kriya yoga programs.
