Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga

Yogic postures comprise four hours of the daily schedule. You will be introduced to the various asanas in a systematic manner with a progressively increasing level of difficulty. Once the basics are mastered, asana flows, adjustments, and subtle aspects of breath and awareness will be brought into focus.

Yogi Yashpal Ji

A young and dynamic Vinyasa flow teacher who has been teaching for the last six years. Yogi Yashpal Ji is a gold medalist and multiple medal winner in numerous state, national, and international yoga championship events. He has been teaching for five years and is a master of the primary series of Ashtanga-style Vinyasa flow yoga. He has an excellent knowledge of Vinyasa flow style yoga. He is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) from Yoga Alliance USA. Yogi has a Masters Degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar.

Yogini Parveen is an expert at yogic health, Ayurveda, nutrition and the human body. She is certified by reputed institutions like Dev Sanskriti University and Yoga Alliance. She is adept at the esoteric techniques of pranic healing and energy channelisation. Parveen has also taught yoga in different parts of India to students of varying age groups and treated complex health conditions. She is a bundle of unreserved joy, and is unlikely to be found without a smile on her face. Parveen brings the same energy to the classroom and makes learning fun for her students.
