The program begins with a 1-on-1 personal program evaluation with one of our fitness and nutrition specialists. You plan out the program together, based around your specific preferences and goals. This gives you a massive head start because already you have professional help in creating a training and nutrition program that suits you perfectly. This becomes your road-map to success at Phuket Fit and beyond. Once you've completed the program and are ready to return home, you will have learned tools and strategies to continue your new healthy lifestyle.
Your program begins with a 1-on-1 personal program evaluation with Dr. Yai. He is a certified trainer, holds a PhD. in nutrition, and specializes in total body transformation. As part of your evaluation, Dr. Yai will complete body composition measurements, body fat percentage, visceral fat, BMI, Muscle mass, and water level measurements.
This is followed by a calculation of your metabolism, letting you know your specific daily energy expenditure and your RMR (resting metabolic rate). Next, you receive a full and comprehensive fitness, endurance, strength, and aerobic capacity test. This information is used to personalize the program to fit you specifically.
Throughout your program, you will receive continual support from your personal program coach. At a minimum, you'll meet once per week to track progress, sharpen focus, and make any program modifications as needed. The entire program is optimized to you specifically with continual support helping you achieve your goals.

The health food we serve is the best for training here in the tropics and getting the most out of your time in the gym. Our food is high in protein for recovery, contains complex carbohydrates for long-enduring energy, and packed with vitamins, minerals, EFA's (Omega 3s), and anti-oxidants.
Healthy House Restaurant
Serving highly nutritious and absolutely delicious dishes, the Healthy House will give your body the fuel it needs for training hard and getting results. With special additions of superfoods, like chia seeds and mung beans, our meals will exponentially increase your energy whilst helping you burn fat and build lean muscle. Sourcing most of our ingredients from local vendors, we support the local community and reduce our carbon footprint. We also use only the highest quality of local produce.
