Holistic Tantra Yoga Retreat, Koh Phangan, Thailand

Shri Kali Ashram offers immersive retreats as a way for people to take deep quality time for themselves in order to reset their overall health and wellbeing.

Shri Kali Ashram recognize that in modern days, mounting stress, anxiety, hypertension, and similar ailments, unfortunately, keep many people from living their life as their optimal self. Therefore, we offer retreats of 14 days (and more) where participants are guided through the powerfully restorative practices of traditional Tantra Yoga.

These practices (massage, asanas, pranayama, bandhas, kriyas, pujas) allow one to reach a deep state of inner balance that give rise to genuine physical, emotional and mental well being.

By balancing the energetic body through meditative Tantric techniques and education, healing occurs at the most fundamental level and the surface level symptoms people usually focus on disappear on their own.

When you come you are joining an ongoing community. Students starting in one program are also welcome (and often do) extend to our longer-term programs, but the deeply relaxing and holistic practices can have deep effects for your life even in a short time.

It can be the perfect break if you are looking to relax, refresh, recharge, and reconnect with the deepest aspects of yourself.

During this retreat, there will 14-days with instructions. You can experience the authentic culture of Tantra in asanas, pranayama, bandhas, kriyas, dhyana (meditation), puja (dynamic couples’ meditation) and learn authentic Tantric union (couples only). One can choose either the yogic program (asana, massage, pranayama, relaxation meditation, etc.) or the Tantric program.

In the Tantric program, one experiences the lifestyle of a Tantric. In this program, one goes through the daily practice of either relaxation meditation or mantra meditation from the Tantric teachings, Tantric massage, asanas, pranayama, bandhas all from the interpretation of Tantra.

Shri Kali ashram offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily practice of traditional Tantra Yoga, massage, and in the evenings explore the ritual, philosophical, and psychological aspects of the Kaula tradition.

The Tantra Yoga taught at Shri Kali Ashram is authentic to its system unknown to other schools. Shri Kali Ashram do not see a yogi as a set of muscles and bones which need to be pulled into android-like positions. We teach āsanas from a timeless Tantric formula based on the subtle energy system.

Due to the richness of the tradition, our students master their āsanas in a fraction of the time.
