This 200-hour yoga teacher training course is a valuable course among the courses of yoga training and is counted towards the 500-Hours certification. The program is for students who have already completed 300-Hours training. This course is the most advanced training of the course with various training of the yoga methods and techniques like the master's degree of the yoga studies. You will study not only train the body and the mind, but also the most developed level of the spiritual aspect of the yoga, Kundalini, Ayurveda, anatomy, and psychology of yoga.

Managing the mind means managing all aspects of the life. That is what you are going to learn within the ashram discipline and monastic life of the traditional Samarpan School of Yoga and Tantra. You are going to learn and have the time to introspect about what has to be done in daily life which is full of the stress and strain, not only in the teachings, but also in your personal life.
This 200-hour yoga teacher training course will be guided by various masters and teachers of yogic, Tantric, and Vedantic, Buddhist perspectives. The concept of yoga is not exactly a concept, it is how one can learn unconditional love and freedom within. Such study will guide you to understand how to open your heart for others and for your teachings with along the unconditional perspectives.
You will study advance asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas and advance kriyas, Kriya yoga, and Kundalini Tantra. Kundalini Tantra give you the idea how to manage your pranic energy in various level in your daily life. Also, you will learn various method of the meditation from Tantra, which is unique teachings of the Samarpan School of Tantra. You are going to study how to balance shiva and shakti energy, and also yin and yang energy.
You will learn the importance of how to learn to remain positive with all attitude of your own personality. In the training, you will need to learn how to be aware of all your subtle level, astral level, causal level, and cosmic level for the higher understanding of the life of the meanings. Yoga is not only meant for the body health management or the stress management, it is much more.
Yoga is meant for the management of the mind and every actions and reactions of your habbit. This training course will make you understand how not to expect and enjoy life as it is. Join them to learn much more about oanchagni sadhana (Five fire sadhana) which is one of the advance science of the Tantra of the kayakalpa (transmigration). You will be studying from day one to the end of the course.
Every Sunday, you will have free time to choose extra activities such as rafting, swimming, and excursion. Students will have to pay for extra activities.
To be eligible for this teacher training, you must have already completed a Yoga Alliance certified 300-Hours Teacher Training course. The certificate is required to be presented to Swami Samarpan Ashram.
Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to register as an RYT 500, as you will have completed 200-Hours in addition to your already completed 300-Hours.
Karma yoga is an important and vital part of the course.

During this course, you will be accommodated at Swami Samarpan Ashram. If you would like to have a real ashram experience, this is definitely the place to be. The Swami Samarpan Ashram has eight rooms that can accommodate up to 16 persons. Basically, it includes shared rooms with two people per lodging. The ashram is growing its own garden with bananas, mangoes, lemons, rudraksha trees, and other vegetables.
It is gifted with nature, making your sessions one with the universe and making you forget about your problems in the world. Moreover, ashram is more of a home that embodies a simple living where one can develop a positive attitude and an understanding of selfless service. It is a place of inspiration because it does not teach or preach; it exhibits, and you imbibe what is applicable to you.
Ashram life does not require renunciation or rejection of the world. Rather, its goal is to change one’s perspective on everyday life. It is recommended that you stay in the Swami Samarpan Ashram for at least 20 days in a year to relax, unwind, and reestablish a more wholesome and balanced perspective in life.

Things to Do
You can visit many yoga gurus and have Ayurveda spa during this training.
You will be served Ayurveda vegetarian food during this training. This is to nourish not just your mind and soul but also your body. Being healthy is something that should be taken care of. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice.
Participants who do not comply with the ashram rules may be dismissed from the sequence. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cater personal dietary preferences beyond the yogic vegetarian meals.

Meet The Instructors
Himalayan Master Swami Samarpanananda Saraswati is a direct disciple of Paramahamsa Niranjanananda of Bihar School of Yoga, munger in the lineage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, and disciple of Swami Shivananda Saraswati of the Divine Life Society, in the order of Advait by Vedanta Adi Guru Sankaracharya in 788 AD. The International Samarpan Yoga Awareness Foundation (ISYAF) was founded under his direction in 2001 and he is now the president of ISYAF. Presently, he is engaged in the deep metaphysical study and guides national and international yoga, Vedanta, Tantra, and Kriya yoga programs.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). The closest and most convenient airport for you is to fly to New-Delhi. If you are visiting India for the first time, it is better for you to take a flight to Dehradun (the city nearby), and from Dehradun is a 30-minute drive by car, so you save a hustle.
In order to attend the orientation program, one should arrive at least a day before starting of the course. On the first day at 10:30 a.m., the course will start with the yoga ritual. On the last day of the course, the graduation ceremony takes place and it finishes by 11:30 a.m. Therefore, the departure should be planned one day after completion of the course.
