Lindita & Sarah Lilia Jolanta

 

Lindita Maria

Lindita completed her first Yoga Teacher Training Course at the age of 15 in Kundalini yoga. At the age of 16, she attended and graduated from Miri Piri Academy in India Punjab, where she studied a Yogic Lifestyle and participated in a rigorous and disciplined academic schooling. Lindita is a certified Kundalini and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher, she has finished level one in Satyanansa yoga and has finished Accesible Yoga Training. Years of studying Mantra and Ayurveda give her insight and ability to combine asana practice and ancient Ayurveda. Applicable and accessible for all.

Sarah Lilia Jolanta Sarbjot

Sara Lilia has been teaching yoga for over 25 years, she is a certified teacher trainer and has been teaching and training internationally. Her spiritual path began with Tibetan Tradition, yoga with Swami Radha Shivananda yoga, Kundalini yoga, Sat Nam Rasayan as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Guru Dev, and then Satyananda Yoga & Tantra. She has a deep understanding of group energy work, application of yoga aspects and advanced meditative techniques. She connects eastern teaching with western psychology. After moving back to Europe in 2005, she started teaching yoga and meditative practices full time.
