Program

Retreat starts each check in on Sundays from 2:00 p.m. onwards and check out is Sundays at 10:00 a.m. This program covers 11 yoga classes throughout the week. Enjoy yoga in the morning and in the afternoon, along with a bedroom or bungalow of your choice. If you desire to do your own cooking, ask there is self-contained bungalow with kitchen, fully furnished to enjoy cooking at home.

Along with many fruit and vegetable shops and stalls; vegan, vegetarian, and all other cuisines available within walking distance from all our accommodations you can indulge in so different yummy dishes.

In between asana, you can go to the beach or explore the island on a scooter or take a taxi. You can ask the resort for tours available and let them help you book all the necessary arrangements.

Vanessa Burger is an advanced yoga teacher.

Michael Albacete

French by birth, English and Spanish.

Dikla Bashi

Dikla is a yoga and Pilates teacher, massage therapist, and movement body awareness workshop facilitator. She lives on the magical island of Koh Phangan and enjoys the simplicity and freedom it offers. Dikla is a lover and explorer of movement through the breath. She teaches a rhythmic Vinyasa flow to achieve depth and flexibility in the yoga practice. Her led classes accentuate flow and movement and create a dance-like, meditative practice. As a holistic and bodywork therapist, Dikla has a deep knowledge of the body as well.

Patricia Rojo

A special Spanish yogini who teaches with all heart and soul, inspired by self-love.

Anton Kazanstsev

Anton's first contact with yoga happened when he was 15 years old. He taught himself a few yoga sequences from a book and discovered how this brought complete calmness into his teenager life. He then started to attend the lectures of the American student of Sri Chin Moy about the transcendental meditation. Soon after, Anton met his first teacher with whom he practiced Tantra yoga in Osho style, at Raja Budhi Yoga. Soon started to practice Hatha yoga in the new Iyengar school in Moscow, Anton studied yoga therapy in Russia in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, along with Ashtanga Vinyasa.

Fly to Bangkok or Phuket, then to Koh Samui, catch a ferry either Seatran or Lompraya and you can synchronize your arrival time to check in on Sunday by 2 p.m.
